What is the delivery timeframe for my area?
Most orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a real-time tracking link via SMS once your Pick'em box has been dispatched.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer options for specific dietary restrictions?
Yes, Pick'em offers a variety of filters on our shop page including Gluten-Free, Vegan, and Nut-Free options. Each product page contains a full list of ingredients and allergens.
